Human Security Unit Director Hassan Hassan was quoted in an article the shooting at the Pensacola Naval Air Station:

“They shift blame from unquestionable government failures…to their political rivals,” Hassan Hassan, director of the Non-State Actors Program at the Newlines Institute, a think tank in Washington, said in a Twitter post Wednesday.
