Tristan Miller is an associate analyst at New Lines, where he leads the research for the Mass Atrocities Monitor in the Mass Atrocities and International Law portfolio. He holds a master’s in Foreign Policy and Strategy from New Lines Institute, where he graduated summa cum laude, and dual bachelor’s in Global Studies and History with a minor in Russian Studies from Vermont State University, where he graduated summa cum laude and earned multiple academic honors.
