Maria Zheltukha is a legal and policy expert working at the intersection of international human rights law, international humanitarian law, and criminal law, with a focus on gender issues. She serves as a UNDP Project Analyst in International Law, providing expert support to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine in responding to conflict-related sexual violence and promoting gender equality in the context of Ukraine’s European integration. She holds an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from Lund University and an LL.M in International Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
