Kateryna Shunevych is a JurFem board member and head of its Analytical Center. She holds a doctorate in law and is an assistant of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. She has worked in the field of women’s rights for over seven years. She studied law at the University of Bologna under the Erasmus+ program (2018) and was a participant in the Internship Program at the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – Department of Relations with Judicial Bodies (2019). She has been a visiting scholar at the University of Wroclaw, Poland (2020) and the University of Alberta, Canada (2022).
