Prior to joining Equimundo, Caroline worked in both policy and advocacy spaces on gender-based violence prevention with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Global Women’s Institute. She also spent several years focused on gender equality programming while serving in the United States Peace Corps in Morocco and at Vital Voices Global Partnership.
