Toni Haastrup is a full professor in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Stirling. Her current research explores issues in Africa-EU relations, feminist foreign policy, and the politics of knowledge production and race within the Women, Peace and Security agenda – she has published widely in these areas. Haastrup is a 2022 recipient of the Flax Foundation’s Emma Goldman Award, which honors substantial contribution and engagement to feminist knowledge making in Europe. She has provided reports, briefings, and rapid analysis for several international organizations and government departments.
