Roberta Guerinna

Roberta Guerinna is Professor in Politics and Director of the Gender Research Centre at the University of Bristol and is co-founder of EQUAL In-Sight, an interdisciplinary project seeking to develop a holistic approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion in organizations. Roberta researches the politics of gender, with a particular interest in EU politics, policy making processes and gender mainstreaming. She published Mothering the Union, a comprehensive overview of maternity rights provisions in the EU, and her work has appeared in numerous journals.
