Roman Gojayev is a global development practitioner with a focus on population dynamics, gender equality, and sustainable development, with experience developing policy reports, managing international projects, closing multistakeholder partnerships across Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus, and Central Asia. He is a co-founder of Gender Hub Azerbaijan, and was named a 2023 Obama Leader for his work.
