Julia Kuperminc

Julia Kuperminc is an international human rights lawyer specializing in the prevention of genocide and atrocities and the protection and promotion of freedom of religion and nonbelief. She focuses on gender and intersectional discrimination in her work as an advocate. She has previously worked for the Jacob Blaustein Institute for the Advancement of Human Rights and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. She holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and an LLM in Public International Law from Leiden Law School.
