Dr. Farid Shafiyev

Dr. Farid Shafiyev is the Chairman of the Baku based Center of Analysis of International Relations and Adjunct Lecturer at ADA University, Azerbaijan. Dr. Shafiyev joined Azerbaijan’s Foreign Service in 1996, where has worked in the Political-Military Issues Division and in the United Nations Affairs Division. Dr. Shaifyev has also served as Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Canada and the Czech Republic.
