Eric Omorogieva
Eric Omorogieva is an Associate Analyst for the Tech Sovereignty & Security portfolio at the New Lines Institute. He holds a master’s degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), with concentrations in China Studies and Security, Strategy, and Statecraft. He completed the first year of his graduate program at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center in Nanjing, China, earning a graduate certificate in Chinese and American Studies.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Affairs, with minors in Chinese and African Studies, from Wake Forest University.
Omorogieva previously served as a caseworker at the International Rescue Committee, providing support to incoming refugee families as they resettled in the Washington, D.C., area.
