Kai-chun Wang is a policy research fellow for the Johns Hopkins University SAIS Reischauer Center for East Asian Studies. Kai-chun obtained his Master’s degree also from Johns Hopkins SAIS. Prior to his current position, Kai-chun has worked in the Republic of China (Taiwan) Legislative Yuan (LY), as a foreign policy advisor to a former co-chair of the LY’s Foreign Affairs and National Defense Committee. He has also worked in the largest opposition party in Taiwan, the Kuomintang or KMT’s department of international affairs.
