Hisham Hellyer

Dr. H.A. Hellyer is a Senior Associate Fellow in International Security Studies at the Royal United Services Institute in London. Dr. Hellyer is also a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Rafik Hariri Center for the Middle East in Washington, D.C.
