Sebastian Dittgen is a Student Fellow on the Analytical Development and Training Team (AnaDevT). Since graduating Cornell University in 2021, Dittgen has conducted public health and global development research for an NGO in East Africa under USAID funding and has conducted several guest lectures, including at his alma mater. At New Lines, Sebastian has a regional focus on Syria and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
