She has over a decade of experience in international affairs, public policy, and human rights, developing expertise in research, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and public speaking. She formerly served in the Albanian Parliament aligned with the Democratic Party of Albania and led Albania’s EU Integration Committee. Hajdari holds master’s degrees in geopolitics, territory, and security from King’s College London, and in human rights studies from Columbia University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Fordham University. Her editorials have been published in Newsweek and U.S. News & World Report among other outlets.
