Bruno Maçães

Bruno Maçães is the former Secretary of State for European Affairs from Portugal, bestselling author, member of the European Council on Foreign Relations, columnist for the New Statesman, and advisor at Flint Global. He holds a doctorate in political theory from Harvard University.
