Alysha Tagert

Alysha Tagert, MSW, LICSW, is the director of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, U.S. Programs, at World Relief and works as a Washington, D.C-based mental health professional specializing in anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has worked in various roles offering technical expertise and knowledge management atUNICEF and USAID. Additionally, she is a former managing director of TASSC, a torture-abolition advocacy nonprofit, where she developed and implemented survivors’ clinical programs.
