Robert Calzada

Robert Calzada is the Graphics Editor at the New Lines Institute. As a creative professional and artist, Calzada has over 20 years of experience in graphics design, visualizing data, creating charts, diagrams and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping.
Before joining the New Lines Institute, he served as a Graphics Editor at the private intelligence firm Stratfor. Previously, Calzada held many roles at Cox Media Group, including leader of a graphics production team serving four daily newspapers and as a senior graphics designer. Earlier, he was also a senior graphics artist and a reporter with the Austin-American Statesman.
Calzada earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Texas at El Paso.
