Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with foreign ministers from the Quad countries, and Trump threatened Russia with further sanctions if it refused to negotiate over Ukraine. In the Middle East, prisoner exchanges continued between Hamas and the Israel Defense Forces, and the U.S. denied Israel’s request to postpone its withdrawal from Lebanon.
