Dr. Muhamad Salem is a trained Disaster Medicine physician and heads the National Hospital of Tal Abyad, Raqqa province. He is also a participant in a program that deals with the gap in psychiatric healthcare in Al-Hol camp. Dr, Salem is the author of several books on first aid and advanced life support.

Dr. Khaldoun al Asaad is an OB-GYN physician who has practiced in the Health Directorate of Quneitra and headed the Department of Primary Care and Communicable and Chronic Diseases. In 2012 she joined UNICEF serving across the country during the conflict, before leading the Aleppo operation of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

Dr. Munzer Khalil is the General Manager of the Idlib Health Directorate and has managed several hospitals in Idlib throughout the Syrian conflict. Dr. Khalil has been deeply involved in building local councils and documenting the use of chemical weapons in Khan Shaikhun and Saraqib cities in rural Idlib. He has also been part of several advocacy campaigns to stop attacks on health facilities and personnel.
